“Katie has been very positive and helpful from day one. She has answered all our questions and also reassured us when we have had concerns. Our daughter responds positively to Katie and we feel this is because Katie meets her at her level, sits on the floor, has age appropriate toys and games, praises her (she loves her stickers) and focuses on the positives.”
